This company will do whatever necessary to rent but once you're in.... you are on your own. Forget having any maintenance issues addressed or repaired in any sort of timely manner. And forget customer service.... rude and uncaring! more

Do NOT use for rentals. This house has mold, faulty wiring, floors ready to collapse and more. They refuse to make the home owner fix it but demand their money every month. more

if you are a renter, be aware that they are agents for the property owner. their goal is to please the property owner. this means repairs will be performed by the cheapest contractor they can find. Also, when it is time to move (if they don't renew the lease), they will be in a hurry to show the property IMMEDIATELY. This means you will receive notice that the lease will not be renewed and shortly thereafter a call to begin showing the property. Your availability means nothing to them. Also, if you decide to rent through them anyway, be sure the property is in the condition promised before you take possession because once you are in, they have very little reason to rectify it. When I moved in (in November), the heat had not been turned on in quite some time. When I tried to have the gas turned on, the serviceman was unable to do so because of a safety hazard that wasn't remedied for a day (and a cold night). The landscaping/yard was not in the condition promised either, and after I had moved in they didn't think it was necessary to deliver on that promise. more
