It was my first time to ever have any laser hair removal done and they made my first experience very enjoyable. I was really nervous and wasnt sure what to expect and they totaly calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. The treatment didnt even hurt like i had expected and always heard from so many people. im definately continuing my treatments with them, they are sweethearts. : )
