We really like MetroGuard. They took care of our termite issues so that we could sell our last house. They provided all teh paperwork required for the sale. We continued using them on our new house. They come quarterly and we have not seen any bug in the house or attic for the entire time we have been here -- almost 10 years. more

I have been using Metro Guard for about six years. they are always on time,give a courtesy call the day before and always ask what kind problems i'm having if any. These guys are great. We have used Metro Guard for many years and have never had any problems. They remind you when it's time for them to come out and we've also been lucky to see the same face each time they come for the service. The are on time and ready to get the job done. It makes you feel like they really know and care about your pest control needs. more

Great Service 1/27/2011

Boy, were we fortunate! Being new to the Mid Cities and in a new home, I wasn't sure who to call to make sure that our home remained pest free. I had 2 cats and didn't want to deal with fleas. A quick call to a family member took care of that. They suggested Metro Guard and specifically Mark Johnson. more

We have used Metro Guard for the past 20 years as our pest control service. Their service representatives have always been prompt, polite and very careful of our home. On two occasions, in different homes, we experienced termites and they were eliminated. more

Couteous & responsive service to rid you of pest problems 11/23/2010

We have been using Metro Guard for several years now and we are very happy with their service and price. Mark Johnson is a friendly courteous and informed service person that doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond to explain and resolve problems that occur when he arrives at our house, inside or out. We have been using their annual service and they will return and retreat any time we feel like their might be a problem. more

Can't reschedule??? Unreal 11/17/2010

I have been a loyal Metro Guard customer for over 7 years so this comes as a big shock to me. As everyone knows, your schedule changes due to kids and work, but Metro Guard does not care. I called to reschedule my appointment and they told me no. They lost a customer and I will make sure that those around me know how awful they are when trying to accommodate changing schedules. more

Discourteous and Unprofessional 6/8/2010

We were using Metro Guard exclusively at one point. They do offer a reminder service, but they call your home phone, work phone, wife's phone, etc. repeatedly until you tell them yes or HECK NO! Pros: Hardly any, it's just pest solution Cons: Unprofessional and discourteous sales staff more
