Everything has been great. The only problem I had with Metro Carpet Cleaning is that they could have spent more time on the carpet with the vacuum; they only gave it a once over. Other than that, everything was great. They were nice people. more

Metro Carpet Cleaning is reliable and that's one quality that I look for in any service that I get. They are on time and I haven't had any problems at all. As I do the walk through when they're here, I'm always satisfied. I have called them back to clean the carpet several times. Their employees are very friendly and pleasant. I have dealt with them over a three year period and have never felt the need to hire another carpet cleaning service. more

Did a really good job 10/7/2013

Metro Carpet Cleaning cleaned our carpets and couch. They did a very good job. They spent a lot of time doing it and made sure that they paid a lot of attention to the stains and spots I directed them to. The price was great and they were efficient--they did a great job. S. Sanders more

excellent last minute service 8/10/2013

I called metro carpet cleaners at the last minute and the service was excellent. The owner came and he was professional. The quote he gave me over the phone was the same price when he arrived. It was fast and my carpet looks great. If you want great service with a great price call metro carpet!! more

They arrived early to set up and offer their services at an affordable price. In a very short amount of time my living room carpet went from being full of stains from hosting fraternity get togethers (BAD) to brand new! I recommend this company to anyone interested in their services. more

Theses guys really came through for me! I had put off getting the carpet in my apartment cleaned until the day my lease was up. Even though the guy was off that day, he came and got the job done.Not only did metro carpet cleaning do a great job, they are very fair in price. I will definitely be useing metro carpet cleaning In the future!! more

I have five bedrooms no pets I called and kind gentlemen answered saying it would be $115. I amused the price would be skyrocketed after the job was done but they keep their word. Also they did great work. Will be using their services again. more

Phenomenal, outstanding performance. 5/16/2013

Metro Carpet Cleaning is phenomenal, they knock it out of the ballpark every time. When I call them someone always answers the phone. They are in there hustling, cleaning, moving and working. I trust Albert completely: I pay him upfront and leave the door unlocked for him to come in and work alone. I have an expensive house and belongings, but I have no doubts about them. When I felt certain areas needed additional attention, they gave it. I strongly recommend giving them a tip, they appreciate it and go above and beyond the call of duty. They are also reasonable on prices. I stand behind what I say and highly recommend Metro Carpet Cleaning. more

Metro Carpet Cleaning pressure washed my house, cleaned my carpet and my couch. They did a very good job, I sent them some customers who were also satisfied. They are reasonable, dependable, neat and clean. What I like best about them is that they do what they say they will do, and get the job done. more
