My brothers had been to Mesa in January and raved about the food. I had seen the documentary and was fascinated, though never a Flay fan. Maybe I'm just a great menu selector, but the entire meal, appetizers through dessert was 10s across the board. All the staff smiled as if they knew us, whether we were their table or not. Loved it!! The maragritas are average or less, but the food and especially blue corn crusted Snapper ROCKS!!! If you don't have a reservation, just show up when the doors open, and you may have a chance.
