I am a Flay fan and was eager to see if the food measured up to the hype, and it DID. My husband had the rabbit and I ordered the filet mignon and we could not get over how intense and yet sublte the flavors were. Bobby Flay is truly a master at seasoning. Everything on my plate was a bite of heaven. The combination of spice and sweet has got to be an art. Service was very good, quite warm and attentive. The wine list was pricey but has a few hidden values. The decor/ambience is OK, a bit monochromatic and not terribly 'romantic' but easily overlooked for the food quality. I wasn't crazy about the location in Ceasar's but whatever. Go!! You won't be disappointed.
Pros: Insanely good food, Bang for buck, Service
Cons: Ambience, Caesars locale
