As a former employee, not disgruntled in the least, I feel it my responsibility to share my experience after reading postings individuals who are obviously no longer there for a reason.\r
The owners, directors and staff at Merry Moppet are the most genuine individuals you could ever expect to meet. They honestly care about the children in their care, and the families as well. I was employed by the Estep Family, and Becky Groves for 7 years- I only left after achieving my Bachelor's Degree and relocating to Florida. I came to Merry Moppet because my mother (who is not the easiest person to impress) placed my youngest brother in the care of the staff at the Hard Rd. center- a decision she agonized over, never wanting to place any of her children in a ""day care center"". Through the teachers and staff at Merry Moppet- most of whom are still there and we still visit- he was taught love, kindness, respect for self and respect for others, and many other valuable life lessons. \r
Each individual that steps foot into this center is treated with the same kindness and respect that is the nature of all they teach. I should know- having experienced it for 7 years, and my brother 3 years prior to that. \r
We always welcomed tours, parents, family and friends into the center at anytime to observe what we did- or take part in daily activities. The only thing Merry Moppet is guilty of is quality, loving care.
Pros: Kind, loving, caring, sincere and genuine people
Cons: Disgruntled former employees-
