You are to be commended... 4/1/2010

I have purchased or leased many vehicles over the years. Allen Pollack is one of the very best sales representatives I have had the pleasure of doing business with. You are to be commended on having such a fine person working for you. The dealership under Chapman's ownership has improved dramatically. a pleasurable experince 3/29/2010

I have bought many cars from different dealerships and this was the best experience Kevin was a fantastic sales person we never felt rushed he stayed after the dealership closed to make sure we understood the vehicle and never once made us feel rushed. A truly positive experience 3/23/2010

Best car buying experience I have had. All sales personnel knew their product, were courteous and friendly, were genuinely proud of the product they were selling and no one pressured me during the entire experience, including the finance department.
