I have bought many cars from different dealerships and this was the best experience Kevin was a fantastic sales person we never felt rushed he stayed after the dealership closed to make sure we understood the vehicle and never once made us feel rushed. It was a pleasurable experince and will purchase cars from Kevin in the future. more

Our overall experience dealing with the team of workers at the Chapman Mercedes Benz in Tucson has been a very pleasant one. We hope this relationship will continue if we need their assistance in the future. Kevin Duenwald - Internet Sales Manager was always polite, informative, patient , kept the lines of communication open and was always a gentelman. With his assistance we were able to purchase this vehicle. John Hornbeck -General Manager also followed up and addressed my concerns along with Brian DeCook -Sales Manager. This team worked together to get every thing finalized with both parties happy with the sale. more

Brian the sales manager was excellent 3/2/2011

Brian the sales manager was excellent in all of his explanations. He and John Scott treated me so well that my daughter came in and purchased a vehicle the same week.The General manager John Hornbeck was very knowledgeable as was Carlos the finance manager. more

I am extreamly pleased with the service provided by the dealership Steve is awesome, the loaner car people are great all is good. The service department has come a long way since I purchased my first Mercedes in 2005 and I am truly impressed. We had a very unfortunate insodent during a flood that caused me to have to have the engine replaced in my vehicle so we got to know the service department very well, they are great more

This is the second car in 13 months. Brian and Tom far exceed expection they made my day. That is why I buy Mercedes- Benz. Simply put great cars, great service and just as important. Great people Brian De Cook and Tom Reesing They are the Best!!!!!!!!! more

I have always been pleased with this dealership. They have taken care of all my needs for my vehicle. I have been treated in a very professional and courteous manner.My Service advisor Evan Stark knows me and my car and is very conscientious in making sure that I have a loaner vehicle and my work is completed on time and correctly.I thank him and Kenny the mechanic for a job well done. I will continue to bring my vehicle and will, should I have a need in the future buy any new vehicle from this dealership. more

Above....and.....beyond ! 10/6/2010

I have no complaints and as far as I am concerned Eric went above and beyond in caring for the problem, and it was taken car of on the third attempt after they researched and not only gave me a free new Mercedes loaner car, but washed my car 2 times in the process of taking care of the problem. EXCEPTIONAL!!!! more
