6/12/14 HORRIBLE! Never go to this place! We took our car in to service the A/C and it was the worst decision we ever made. When we got our car back the first day the AC was cold. A few days later it was hot again. We took it back and I asked the guy if a leak was the problem, he said no and that we cannot turn the AC on 5 (1-5 blower level). But then later when we picked it up he told me he filled it with freon. (Why if there wasn't a leak?). When we took it back for a third time (3 days later) and told him it was hot again he called later that day and said there had been a leak since the day we brought it in and he had already told us that and that he had been dying the freon to watch for it........ Seriously?! Liar. He wanted to charge us $300 more after we had already paid $1000 and we declined. We went without A/C until this month when it got extremely hot. We took our car to a new place who said ""WHO worked on this... The wiring is a rats nest."" Our new mechanic told us Meineke had rigged the wiring so that the compressor would stay on and never go off, which made the freon basically explode out. Needless to say, we will NEVER go to Meineke again. more

Never been so pleased with an auto repair experience. Tony at Meineke made this painful costly expereince as easy as possible for me. Cost was $1000 less than the dealership service center estimated. I am having financial problems and Tony got my husband fianced and worked with us in every way to get my car working. They drove me home when I dropped off the car, kept me informed of the repair progress, and did a great job. I am now a life long custoemr. Thanks Tony! more

I took my Scion in to have the brakes replaced, because they were squeaking. I just knew I needed brake work, but they told me I had over 50% of the brake-pad life left. They didn't even mention a charge, and said to bring it back in 6 months to have it checked out! I have never experienced a brake inspection that didn't result in hefty suggestion! These guys were so honest with me, and i will be sure to take my car to them, when I need the work done! Pros: Honest service more

They have been in that location forever which tells me that they are honest and dependable. My experience is that they are friendly, effective and fair to do business with. They used to be called Meinecke Muffler and I thought they just did muffler repair, I was delighted to discover that they do a full range of auto service. more

Took the car in, because of a minor break "squeak" they, took the car put it on the lift and after a break inspection, told me there was NO problem. Just needed to be cleaned, which they did at NO CHARGE. Very nice, I told the guy, I have never been to a break place and walked out without the sales job and a big bill. more
