Meineke Car Care Center

I went to this shop and got my brakes and muffler repaired and was VERY happy with the service. The technicians were very nice and Gerald the manager was great and took the time to explain to me what I needed and then took me out and showed me why. Other shops I have been to just told me here is what I need and the price, none of them took me out and showed me. I will tell all my friends and family about my awesome experience. more

I had some issues with my car and took it to Meineke b/c a friend had recommended them. I got there and they were very nice and helpful. They explained to me the process they would be doing to figure out what was wrong with my car. It kept over heating and misfiring. After a little while Scott, the tech, brought me outside and explained everything to me. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. They gave me a quote that was much lower then the 2 other shops I had been to. Plus, Robert, the new owner, gave me a ride home and then picked my up in his own vehicle when the job was done. I was very surprised by that, because I live in Huffman. Robert told me they provide free shuttle service to Huffman, Humble, and Kingwood. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. more

I have always been VERY skeptical about auto repair shops, but I was recommended to this Meineke by a friend. I went into the shop and was told on the phone I would receive a free inspection of my brakes. They took about 20 minutes and came in and got me. Thomas, the mechanic, was so nice and patient as he explained to me what was wrong with my car, what was still good, and most impressive what I could wait on. I was very impressed with how clean the waiting room and the excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Pros: Clean and comfortable waiting room and shop. Cons: busy shop. more
