Stay away. Complete rip off. \r I will contact the BBB as they did none of the claimed services included in the extra cost ""Premium Oil Change."" No fluids topped off, tires were not rotated, I checked when I got home. When I went back they claim they did. I know this is not true because I have one odd tire on the rear and it is still there, and I know and the low fluids didn't disappear. I think people should know. more

Meineke Terrifying Story \r \r I took my 2001 mitsubishi montero truck to that specific location because i was having some problems with the shifter cable it was hard for me to change gears, right away i knew i was having some kind of transmission problems the owner is also my wife's uncle and guess what guys i got ROBBED and what i meant by getting ROBBED is that the owner charged me in total $3570. First of all for a brake job including one front driver caliper he charged me $1125, second of all $1500 for a transmission that he bought from a junkyard so far if you do the math i spent $2625 so to finish the story two days ago i stop by to check on my car and i asked him whats going on with the car and Charles said " i haven't started on anything yet but you have to pay me for 10 hours of labor at $95 an hour so i can finish the job" right there i knew i was getting fooled so i said " im just going to get the job done at the dealership and i would like to get proof of purchase for the transmission" and right there Charles went wild and said" ok fine bring everything to the dealer i dont have the papers now but i'll send them to you in a couple of days" i said "never mind ill come back in two days to tow the car by AAA" and today he charged me $945 for storage in total i spent $3570 i had to call Randolph police department and wait for two officers to come to "MEINEKE CAR CARE CENTER #1074" to get a receipt for the total amount and when i arrived at the dealership one of those tech said" i need to get a lawyer because he didnt spend more than $400 for the tranny and you have to buy a new one because its not gonna last" in conclusion my best advice is to NEVER EVER bring your car to that location ITS A RISK\r more

I took my car here for an oil change about a month ago. I worked with two people there (one at the front desk and one who worked on my car). They were so wonderful! The man working on my car came to get me because he wanted to show me some things he saw on the undercarriage of my car. He showed me that my sway bar was loose. Every time he moved it, it made the same noise I always hear when I turn corners. He also pointed out that there was a fluid leak. My car was still under warranty (all of which were still covered). He also went out of his way to bolt on my half-hanging bumper *free of charge* (I've pulled over one too many curbs). To top it all off, the oil change was less than I was expecting. They were all so friendly and helpful. I'm definitely going here for my next oil change! more

ii took my bmw there for service, these guys they were very honest n proffesional by showing what was wrong wt my car ,while no other shop around could not figure it out n the best things they fixed it wt no problem i will definitely recommended friends n family to this Meineke . more

disregard the 1 star they get no stars! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! well at least the Randolph location. I live in town and this was very convenient for me, but they are very unprofessional. I knew I had problems with my back brakes so I wanted to get them checked out, when I got my car diagnosed they told me that I needed to replace things that I have already gotten replaced at the DEALERSHIP a couple of months ago! That's when I knew he didn't know what he was talking about. So when I told him that i changed my mind and that i was going somewhere else. He said oh wait the car is undrivable, I ask him why and he doesn't answer, so I took my car and left, so what he was cut my brake lines (which is metal you need a tool to cut and bend this metal) and bend it over. then when I got to the dealership they asked me if I cut it! These people were not only messing with my life, but also the life of other people driving as well. Very unprofessional and I am going to fill out a police report right now! I hope they get what they deserve, you don't play with people's life like that. more

Is it possible to give 0 stars?? I gave this Meineke a chance when i realized that this was a new location that just opened up conveniently near my home (in Randolph). Why did i ever do that? They had my trust when they let me know that they provided shuttle service back to your house after you drop off your car, or pick you up when you need to come pick up your car when the work is done. But that's where the convenience ends. They are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced!! The owner Eric is a smooth-talking sleaze-ball who claims he's been doing cars for 25 years. The guy looks 35 yrs old. My last straw was when i paid over $200 (yesterday) for a problem that was not even close to being fixed!! When i bought it in last week, they couldn't even TELL me what the problem was & was ready to give it back because "the car drives just fine". Then as he picks me up in it, to drive back to the Meineke b/c i couldn't believe this, the car nearly breaks down. "Oh, therrre's the problem!" I mean, did they even look at it for more than 10 min.? Lastly, when he swears he's identified the problem, he has the nerve to charge me $700 for what ends up not being even CLOSE to the solution at all!! Thank God i didn't pay it. I paid $200+ for the work that he CLAIMED he did (only to find out he didn't, according to my new mechanic; I'm actively working w/ my bank to get my money back) and decided to get it out of there & towed to a more reputable place (Columbia Rd. Gulf Service, 888 Dorch. Ave). Not to mention i had this same exact problem 2 months ago and i paid $500 then!! i am getting ALL my money back, believe me. Sidenote: I should've know Eric was slime when he unnecessarily told me he was married, yet proceeded to flirt with me on the ride home from the location. He made me very uncomfortable. No offense, but if you can't be honest with your marriage, how do i expect you to be honest with me, a perfect stranger, and money-giving customer?? MORAL OF THE STORY: Don't bring your car here for ANYTHING!! THEY ARE ALL THIEVES, period. more
