disregard the 1 star they get no stars!
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! well at least the Randolph location. I live in town and this was very convenient for me, but they are very unprofessional.
I knew I had problems with my back brakes so I wanted to get them checked out, when I got my car diagnosed they told me that I needed to replace things that I have already gotten replaced at the DEALERSHIP a couple of months ago! That's when I knew he didn't know what he was talking about. So when I told him that i changed my mind and that i was going somewhere else. He said oh wait the car is undrivable, I ask him why and he doesn't answer, so I took my car and left, so what he was cut my brake lines (which is metal you need a tool to cut and bend this metal) and bend it over. then when I got to the dealership they asked me if I cut it!
These people were not only messing with my life, but also the life of other people driving as well. Very unprofessional and I am going to fill out a police report right now! I hope they get what they deserve, you don't play with people's life like that.
