They grossly inflate their bills. They refuse to provide statements to back up how they come to such inflated charges. Get every conversation you have before your surgery in writing!!! Even when you pay a little each month to clear these inflated charges, they still send threatening Collection letters, which, by law, if you make payments, even if it's a dollar a month, they can't do. They return payments you send to them if it's not the full amount. They don't validate parking and nor do they offer beverages to waiting clients - but wait, they'd charge you for it anyway!
