They can find your dream jobs 7/17/2007

These people were so different than other agencies. Good technology so I could do application and some testing before going into interview Took lots of time with me, helped me improve my resume and told me what was realistic and what was not. No B.S. I've only been on two assignments but they were good where I was treated with respect. They've lined up a permanent job interview for next week, I'm really jazzed. They also provided tutorials so I could improve my skills. Pay day is every week (and two days before the "other guys"), time card easy to do on-line, Direct Deposit. no hassle. more

This Temp Agency Rules! 7/15/2007

Unbelievable! I had no clue how temp agencies really worked and was always afraid of using one. I called McCall and asked what was needed from me and had an interview set up for the next day. Everybody there was so nice. It was Thursday I had my interview and by Friday afternoon, a lady from McCall had called me offering me a job starting Monday morning that was to last 2 weeks, but it lasted 4 months. Not only that, but that company .... I guess paid McCall to hire me on permanently as their employee! I owe it all to the nice ladies at McCall. Pros: Really Nice Staff & Owner Cons: None more

I only wish I knew about this place sooner! 6/14/2007

I'm grateful for this company. I applied for a temp job at McCall and was working full-time around the clock within 2 days. The people there are so nice. I was with another temp agency prior to this for about 1 month, but nothing ever happened. McCall had really good legitimate jobs...not sales jobs. When I was being interviewed by the head recruiter, I had no clue the lady sitting at the desk across the room was the owner. She's very sweet and I've learned from experience that she would do anything for her employees. After working with McCall for about 2 months, I was offered a permanent job from one of their clients. I just wish I would have known about McCall when I first moved here. Pros: Excellent Service, Nice People, Jobs, No Fees, Paid Every Week, Etc Cons: none more
