Inspection 1/14/2015

I had McQuade come out and do a home inspection on my units along with a list of other things that needed to be addressed for maintenance purposes. They did a thorough job and I thought it went well. more

Wonder who is writing good reviews for this company. I do not have anything good to say about my experience with the tech or the (supposed) owner whom I later spoke with on the telephone. Tech quoted a $600 plumbing total bath/shower faucet install for a minor drip that my brother ended up repairing in less than an hour with a couple of washers. Owner said he would not cash our $90 ck for service call -- tech did not even take a look at plumbing beyond the outer visual of the faucet -- but they did cash the ck anyway. I feel this company took advantage of us - - my husband is retired, elderly, and can be too trusting of salesmen... more
