A great experience 1/7/2012

I am extremely pleased with my car buying experience. They were truly interested in putting me in a great car at a price I could afford. They went above and beyond and found a way for me to drive home in a brand new car with very affordable payments. The staff is genuinely friendly. I will recommend this place to everybody. more

Very satisfied 1/3/2012

We had a very good car buying experience at Pat McGrath Chevrolet. They took very good care of us. We met some very nice people in sales, finance, and aftermarket, they all took the time to help us with any questions we had. We do not live close to Cedar Rapids, but felt it was worth the extra miles. I appreciate the time they spent explaining all the options to us on the vehicle, insurance, aftermarket add ons, extended warrenties and finance options. We love the Equinox and plan on visiting these people again when we are ready to trade again. Thank You more

Our first contact was with Andy Scheuler and he is a very professional, positive employee. Lindsay was of first rate assistance in assisting us in our need for a power wheelchair company to install a lift in the vehicle. more

You need to read this!! 7/8/2011

I had a freak occurance. The transfer case on my 4x4 Silverado fail and the truck rolled down a hill in PARK, causing $12,000 worth of damage. The insurance company reimbursed but I did not want to drive a truck and it was a hard decision to fix or sell for salvage. Pat McGrath really stepped up and helped me through this. Rick, Scott, and JB took the vehicle as a trade and gave an excellent deal on a new truck. REALLY. I have purchased 5 new vehicles in the past and they took the time to understand a bad experience and help make it better. Sign....very pleased. more

The easiest car buying experience 6/22/2011

I talked to John on a Friday, discussing the fact that my lease was nearing end of term and I was interested in finding a new vehicle. He asked what I had in mind for model, options, color and pretty much everything else you could think of so he'd be able to find what I wanted. We set up an appointmenbt for the following day and when I got there he had pretty much the exact car I'd had in mind waiting for me. To top it off, I'm paying less than the amount I had in mind before coming in. This was the easiest car buying experience I've had by far. more

Worked well with me for early termination of a lease and getting into a new vehicle at the price point and down payment that fit my budget. more
