There is plenty of evidence that Dr McMaster is a good dentist. The problem is that though he does not accept insurance, his office will not admit this to you. Before going to his office, I called to inform them of which insurance I had, and they replied that this "was fine". I didn't realize at the time that the vagueness was deliberate. After my visit, they informed me that they don't accept my insurance and that I had to pay them in full and seek payment on my own from the insurance company. Of course they don't reimburse for the full amount to someone who does not take their insurance. When I complained by email, it took 10 weeks and 3 phone calls before. Dr McMaster finally responded. He ignored my complaint and said that insurance was my responsibility. more

This is a terrific office! I was visiting my daughter from out of state, and she recommended I make an appointment with Dr. McMaster. I was not happy with the Partial denture I had been wearing for years. Dr McMaster and his team took great care of me, making me feel welcomed as if I had been a patient for years. I left the office with a beautiful partial I was proud to wear. I can’t say enough about this office! I am truly grateful for the recommendation, and care I received. more

Good: His Dental Hygenist. Bad: The fact that Dr. McMaster had 10-years of my previous dental history from my retiring dentist and without reviewing, prior to working on my teeth, injected me with a medicine that caused me to have an adverse reaction. Unable to drive after this medication which left me with heart palpatations and stressed breathing, I waited in his waiting room until such time as I felt safe to drive home. Dr. McMaster upon observing my condition, offered to call a friend to drive me home.. Improvements: If a dentist or doctor is given a client's past-history of many years, please open the file and read. To give an older person, or any person, a drug that causes side effects is unconscionable when information is available on the patient's past medications.. more
