My family has always trusted the opinion of the doctors at this practice because they are well informed.
The nurse line calls take long before they respond and Some nurses who return the calls sound as if they are rushing you at times.
The receptionist are very unfriendly. You might excuse them thinking that they are having a bad day, but the attitude is always the same. This is very sad, considering that the parents are already stressed by the fact that their children are sick and when they get there they have to deal with their attitude. Again i don't think it's right for them to try answering the nurse's or doctor's questions just because the latter are busy.
