I've dined at Ginger Grove on twice. The food is almost on par with the local heavyweights. Reasonable price (2 dined for $150: desert & wine bottle).
The Butterfish main course is simply superb, & the skirt steak melts in your mouth.
The lobster egg rolls & dumplings were great appetizers. The Ahi tuna left us disappointed since it was more of a ceviche.
The service was slow and sloppy. The drinks and re-filling the water took a long time.
The sin came on our second visit. In a group of 8; the waiter suggested that all the food comes out ""family style"". They served directly to each person, leaving 2 of us without food. We placed 2 more orders then the server tried to clear the plates before I was finished. This was NOT ""Family Style"".
Regardless, I look forward to returning because the food was just outstanding.
Pros: Amazing Food, Location & Ambiance, , OK For kids, Parking
Cons: Slow Sloppy Service
