Coming down from Canada I had no idea what the realty and mortgage market was like here in the USA. Lucky for me I found Chris in the first 4 realtors I contacted online while still up in Canada. Chris found me 70+ homes that matched my criteria to look over on line and when I narrowed it down to 7 or 8, Chris was ready to show me the houses as soon as I got down here to Oceanside. We covered them all in one day. Chris gave us as much time as we needed at each home and pointed out all the positives and negatives of each home. After we found the perfect home (which we actually did find the perfect one for us) Chris' knowledge and contacts were invaluable when it came to renovations and contactors being needed. Not knowing anyone here would have made it a guessing game as to who would be good contractors and who wouldn’t. I am very picky about the work I have done in my homes and all of Chris' contacts were excellent. It could have taken me months to find good people to work on my newly purchased home, but Chris had them all contacted and working the very next day after closing. No extra cost. No ifs, ands, or buts. Just good honest quality work. I will deffinetly send any friends of mine who r looking for a home to Chris and I will most certainly use Chris the next time I buy a home in this area.
