From start to finish outstanding service and price the employes were down to earth good guys .I felt very comfortable having them in my home .I fell out of my chair when after the job was complete and the guys had left that the office called me to be sure I was happy with everything. This was without a doubt a very good experience from the first call to the completion of the work . more

Great Service! 2/18/2011

We had a problem with one of our heating units and I was sure it needed a new fan motor, and was prepared to pay for that. When they examined the unit, they found that it was just a loose wire. Most companies would have replaced the fan motor anyway (and made a lot more money on that visit), but Conditioned Air tries to save me money whenever they can. more

I have been in the Property Management field for many years, and I constantly struggle to find that vendor that will provide quality service at the best cost. That combination can often become difficult to find, but not with Conditioned Air Solutions. In the three years we have been associated, the service excellence remains constant, the field technicians are efficient and courteous to our tenants, and the price remains right. They are a valuable contribution to our team. more

My heating unit went out on a weekend and I was extremely cold and out of sorts. I called them, they sent technicians to address the problem. The service was done promptly, efficiently, and correctly. They did more for me than I expected or asked. They were considerate and thoughtful. Everything they did was explained fully and I was shown the parts that needed replacement and told why. I must say there is no one who would have given the service they did when I needed it the most. I can say that they deserve the highest recommendation which I would give them without hesitation. more

In this day and age where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I find the courtesy, professionalism and follow-through of the Jon Wayne staff to be refreshing. Everyone I have ever spoken to is polite, helpful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. The service techs always wear the 'booties' inside to protect carpets and flooring. The reports are detailed, and the follow-up from Jon Wayne to ensure customer satisfaction is appreciated. I have already recommended Jon Wayne at least once and would do so again if friends or associates have a need for these types of services. more
