Brent and Teri have given us the best carpet care we've ever had, and we've given them many challenges! We have lots of traffic, including pets, and they have consistently done a superb job. Very Pleased! 10/13/2010

I have been using a home carpet cleaner for years trying to keep up with foot traffic dirt and with dirt from our dogs. I had not had good results from previous 'Professional' carpet cleaners. We received a flyer on the porch that told me what I already knew, that trying to clean my carpets by myself is a waste of time and money. When Teri and Brent came to look at the carpets I was impressed with their professional knowledge and with their pleasant and comfortable approach to business. They came on time and did a terrific job. I did not mind paying for the best, and Master's Touch Carpet Care is the best! more

Masters Touch gave us masters care! 9/7/2010

We planned on replacing our carpet because it looked so bad. Brent assured us that it was not neccassary - he would fix it. They did just that!! Yes, we paid a little more, but it was more than worth it. We saved $5,500-00 by not replacing our carpet. Thank you Brent and Keri. It was a pleasure working with you - from the moment I picked up the phone to make the appointment, untill you said goodbye after finishing the job. We will not use anyone else ever again!!! more

I have tried many other services for Carpet Cleaning, always looking for "something better at a reasoable price". I had used this service a number of years ago and, though, very good, seemed a bit too expensive but, I am back in the fold! Carpets are super-clean! Service was very friendly, professional, efficient and left me with carpets I am proud of! They dried relatively quickly and left is no residue. They will be my service from now on - no more hunting for "cheaper but just as good" because there is no JUST AS GOOD. They are THE BEST! more

Carpet cleaning and service at its best! 8/12/2010

Master's Touch have been cleaning my carpets for years. My carpets always look fabulous after they have done their magic on them. It is very rare that a stain does not come out. This company knows its business of keeping my carpets looking their best. The day to day wear and tear from pets and kids and my carpets still look great. Best ever! 8/12/2010

During my 76 years I have utilised many carpet cleaning services. Some good, some bad but never fully satisfied. Each time I had my carpets cleaned by a diferet company hoping to finaly find a good one..Then I tried Masters touch! What a huge differance. I have two dogs one being a very hairy border collie who sheds a lot of hair. Also we do a lot of entertaining with the average get together of around 30/40 people. Masters touch is now the only carpet cleaner I will use. I can't begin to count the money I've saved. They get the job right every time and their motto says it all. It's not clean until I say it's clean! I just can't say enough about Mr. King and his dedication to the tiniest detail. His gaurantee goes far beyond the norm. He does what he says he will do and more Try it. You'll Like it. more

I am a local Realtor in the Fresno Clovis area. I use Masters Touch for all my clients and my own home. They clean your carpets beyond your expectations or they don't charge you. They also do tile floors and steam your shower sparkling clean. Did your doggy have an accident? Did your husband spill his coffee? Did your cat knock over a glass of red wine? How about Red punch? Outstanding! 8/7/2010

Masters Touch was beyond our expectation. The quality of their service is exceptional. Our carpets have never looked better, and some ugly old pet stains are completely gone. They were very gentle and respectful of all of our furniture (grand piano and formal dinning table) and assisted my husband in moving a few pieces of furniture. Our carpets look, smell and feel brand new! I recomend them highly! more

Quality, professional company to work with. 7/29/2010

Dry time was about five hours from finish of job, with windows open and fans circulating air. Quality of workmanship was outstanding. Carpets appeared to be in like new condition following cleaning.
