Many great experiences with service performed on all my vehicles. We have all had those run-ins with dishonest repair shops, you won't have that with Master Muffler. Greg has been very helpful in providing the highest level of customer service and really take an interest in his customers. I would highly recommend Master Muffler to all my friends and family. Master Muffler? More like Muffler Wizard 8/12/2009

The flex pipe in my camry had a hole in it. I wanted a tune up and an oil change. All this was done for less than $140 after taxes. Granted I a coupons for the oil change and tune up but the car ran great. Had it back in two hours. Customer service was great for a mechanic. The guy was very personable and friendly. In a real way not a fake, smile first add charges later. Pros: Inexpensive and fast Cons: Hard to access due to located on a one way street. more

not to helpfull with my oil changes 1/12/2009

my wife was driving by the shop and saw a amsoil sign on the shop, i have heard alot good about amsoil, so i called the shop and asked to schedule my 3 cars to get done when the owner said "" i should take the sticker down"" i dont have a good dealer for it, come to find out after calling amsoil he did have a dealer that said the shop had his phone number, he didnt even try to attempt to say he could at least order me any. so i just drove our 3 cars over to first class automotive in orlando and they took great care of us and explained the benefits of the amsoil and were very helpfull, and they had it in stock. i work in customer service and just dont feel this shop had any experiance in customer service. more
