I recieved a massage from Bob. Wow! i've been a member for almost a year now and I have to say, the next morning I felt like a new person! Thank you for giving me my energy back!

Perfect to a T 2/14/2012

I would recommend Massage Envy to my friends and family. The atmosphere is relaxing and the massage was great. I also like that I didn't have to wait, like at a doctors office. My appointment was at 6:00, and I was brought back to the room at 6:00. It's a small thing, but it really makes a difference to someone like me who is chronically on time to my appointments. more

He worked muscles that few therapists work on, such as the teres-major and minor and the scalene (hope I spelled those correctly). He also uses a wider variety of techniques than most therapists I have ever had do work on me. more

Getting there and sitting in the 2/1/2012

Getting there and sitting in the waiting area was not the most relaxing but the massage was really good. He worked all my areas of concern and it was much needed. Only complaint is that we started late and ended early but I actually think I would go back anyways. more

I received a fantastic massage here. She tailored the massage to meet my needs based on the time we had (60 minutes). I usually get 90 minutes because I have some problem areas that usually require more attention, but I was pleased with the work she did in 60 minutes. She was very skilled and found all of the spots that needed the most attention, even though I have never had a massage with her before. I was very impressed and pleased with my massage. more

I didn't get her name, but the woman 1/16/2012

I didn't get her name, but the woman that checked me in was wonderful. She knew this was my first massage (how great that the girl I booked the appointment with noted that on my account!), and made sure I was comfortable in the office. She answered all of my (ridiculous) questions, got me tea, and made me feel special. I wish I knew her name! more

I was nervous coming in; I had never had a professional massage. The therapist explained what I should expect and made sure I was always comfortable. She checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure she was doing what I had come in for. After the message she explained what I should do to make sure I wasn't sore later. She was Wonderful!! more

Well trained therapists 12/14/2011

I loved how clean the establishment looked and smelled. Beautifully decorated and with tasteful design, it was very inviting. The actual massage was amazing! I couldn't believe so much time has passed by the end of it all. I will return. more

Great Experience! 12/5/2011

I showed up to my appointment and was paired up with a therapist. He was very professional and knowledgeable about different techniques and wasn't afraid to use firmer pressure even though I'm a girl. I told him when I came in that I was broken, and while he was working he honestly proclaimed, "You are right! You are a mess!" Which made him alright in my book. At the beginning of the massage he said, "Make sure to let me know if anything makes you uncomfortable." He was so considerate and professional, that I wasn't uncomfortable at all. more

You Won't Be Disappointed 11/29/2011

I have been going here for two years and I am convinced they are part of the reason why I am so happy. I think getting massages regularly is part of having a healthy body and mind. They are great at deep tissue and hot stones too. I really think that your massage is only as good as who gives it and they are amazing!!!! Check 'em out and you won't be disappointed! more

Worst massage experience ever 5/4/2010

Had introductory massage in April done, notified that neck - is a weak spot, and have to be gentle there. Last car accident caused misalignment, so don't want massager to go hard there. Dispite that - ended up with TERRIBLE headache, dropping on floor sencless sometimes. Massage place told us to "get out if we don' tlike it" as they are not going to "fix" it. Moreover, I was refused in a refund!!! How do you like a service, that harms you, turning 2 days of your life into HELL and who don' t even feel sorry??? They may be as ok massage place, just think about absence of satisfaction guarantee. They don' t care if you come back or not after you give them your money. Comparing to awesome place "Hands and stone" - this one is not worth spending a pennie. Pros: cheap Cons: no satisfaction guarantee, no customer care, more

Great Massage 8/20/2008

My usual massage therapist at my dr's office was booked. This was on a Friday and I would not be able to get in until the following week. My muscles in my neck, shoulder and back were screaming and making me want to scream. I decided to give Massage Envy a try. They got me in the same day. They were even willing to reschedule me at the last minute, when I thougt there was going to be a time issue with an earlier appointment. When I arrived I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the spa like feel. The therapist listened to me and then asked more questions in order to know exactly what muscles he needed to work on. When I left I felt so much better. It was enough to help me get through the weekend and then get into my regular therapist to finish the job. It's nice knowing I have a great place to go for a massage when I can not get to the dr's office and it's close to home. Pros: Open late hours, great staff, Cons: not much close in parking may have to park and walk a little bit. more

This is a great concept -- to have an affordable massage every month and a low rate when you join -- my first massage was amazing -- the people are very friendly and I felt like they are looking out for my best interest. more

What a massage! 6/20/2007

What a great experience! At just $39 I was expecting less but got so much more. The front desk was friendly welcoming me as I entered. While filling out paper work they brought me water. During the massage the therapist checked to see how I was doing and if they could adjust anything for me. Towards the end the therapist made suggestions about stretching, drinking water and when I should return for my next massage. When checking out the they did present me with their membership options, but I felt it was a no pressure approach. I would suggest anyone in seach of a great massage experience to visit them. Pros: Easy to schedule, clean, friendly, excellent massage Cons: They were so busy, there were no parking spaces close by more

What a great concept! 9/11/2006

Wow! I am really impressed with this concept. It is a really attractive spa environment without the high prices and unnecessary foo-foo stuff. Just great massage. Very affordable, but best of all is the convenience of being able to call and and get in on short notice. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. I would recommend this to anybody that wants a no-nonsense place to great a great massage at a great price. more
