I found Marty Moore's Motorhomes listed as a dealer for Schaeffer's Oil, so I called them to see if they had what I needed - which they did, and at a great price! I spoke with Marty (the owner) and he was actually very rude and belittling on the phone, almost as if my phone call was a nuisance to him.? I told him I needed 10 qts of oil and he said they only carry it in bulk drums so he would need to pump it into containers for me, and I said that was fine.? I told him I would be in Tuesday morning and asked if he could have them ready for me, and he said he would.? Well I showed up Tuesday morning and the oil wasn't ready, and Marty wasn't even there.? The one worker who was there said that I would need to wait until the Marty gets back so he can pump the oil for me.? I asked why he couldn't just do it, since all it involved is pumping from a large 5 gallon tub into a few smaller 1 gallon bottles, and he said the owner told him not to do it until he got back and he didn't want to get in trouble.? So it's not that Marty forgot?that I was coming,?because he specifically told his worker that if I showed up that he needed to wait for him to get back.? I was told he would be back in 10 minutes, but I sat there for almost half an hour before he finally showed up!? And not only that, but?upon showing up he told me?that the price he gave me on the phone was wrong and instead of $3.50/qt it was actually more than double that at $8/qt!! I had made a special trip all the way over to this place specifically because they had the cheapest price by far, and now it turns out they're only about $1 cheaper than anywhere else.? He refused to honor the price he gave me on the phone.?
