This place has the MOST unprofessional, arrogant and worthless staff working in the office. They take no responsibility whatsoever to whatever happens to your apartment or belongings. We had a break-in few months back in the apartment and all they had to say was ""oh well.."". The break-in happened because they let some 3rd party contractor come and fix our apartment when we were not home. Oh btw, they never left a note or voice mail letting us know that someone was going to come and work in the apartment. When we came back from work, all our electronics and my wives jewelry was stolen. After all this, they did not let us cancel our lease and we are still stuck here. And now, they let another 3rd party contractor enter our personal space YET AGAIN!!! They have no customer service and care for their tenants. Avoid this place if you can. This place is not worth half the rent they charge..especially for the horrible attitude they have towards you. Trust me, you will be treated like dirt, and nothing better after you sign the lease and till you leave. more

The other review for this property is right on. I have had my car keyed twice because the parking spaces are so freaking small you can't fit into them. Except they have over the required amount of handicapped spaces that are never used that are beyond regulation size! Make any sense to you? It is a dump! Noisy and the staff is really friendly till you move in. Maintenance is a total joke. They can't speak a word of english and no one can translate to them in the office for some reason. Avoid this apartment complex. From the gate to the big swimming pool, it LOOKS nice, but as soon as you've signed the contract, you'll see the other side of this residence. Here are the issues pool pump not working for months, you're swimming in urine and germs, pool closed all the time for repairs (opened only from 10 to 4 PM...), staff loses two packages in a row from Amazon ! Despite the guard (ANYBODY CAN GET IN if he pulls in behind any resident or while the guard takes a leak), multiple break-ins (6-7cars in the last two months) and cars being keyed in the parking garage. One car was left with no wheel until management TOWED ??!! Also, the complex is being updated and there is noise, paint / chemical smells and the pavement is left with nails from the roof being reparied (I had one flat as a result). Not to mention the stack of old refrigerators / washers / dryers / washing machines and other appliances in the garage... being picked up every other month. Staff unfriendly and unwilling to increase security. Impossible to break the lease (4000 dollar fee !!!) AVOID ! Go to Camden ro another complex on Buffalo speedway ! Don't make my mistake.
