Market Street

Good: Absolutely love this store. Excellent customer service, super friendly staff, love the deli, food service counter, DISH upstairs, Joel from DISH, fresh seafood counter, Living Well Dept, Bill the cheese demo guy.... Simply love everything about it.. Bad: I can't say there is anything I do not like about this store.. Improvements: No room for improvement, always a pleasure to shop there.. Other: I would like to say as much as I love this company the Frisco store truly seems to be run under a different philosophy. I don't know why it is, but the customer service managers appear to have missed a few training classes. They ought to spend a week or so working under and watching the Mckinney team.. more

Market Street in McKinney is an upscale grocery store located at Eldorado and Ridge Road. It includes a large number of ready-to-eat foods such as pizza, sandwiches, salads, meatloaf, chicken, and even a frozen custard counter. The produce section is larger than in most grocery stores with a wide variety of hard to find items as well as a good selection of organic produce. In fact, all of the sections of the store stock an impressive variety of fresh foods including the bakery and the meat and seafood departments. The wine department includes a large number of both imported and domestic wines including Texas wines. The grocery store also has a second floor where one can sit down at a table and eat and a small store with kitchen wares and decor. Service is excellent with plenty of knowledgeable employees ready to help and you'll always have someone waiting to take your groceries out to your car for you. more

Our experience at Market Street has always been the best! On one occasion my little one was sleeping on my shoulder while I was shopping and pushing a cart. One of the employees came up with a cart that had a child seat on it and transferred all my groceries to it and helped me put my son in the seat so he could sleep and I could actually shop! Another time I bought a whole pineapple and the bagger asked if I'd like it cored. I told him nah, no big deal. As he's running to have it done he's telling me it will only take about a minute. He came back with a beautifully cored pineapple in a sealed container at no extra charge. This store has the best customer service around and the market itself is beautiful and well stocked. more
