Feeling a little helpless and very disappointed. 9/12/2014

My dad and I had taken my car in for another recall on my 2007 Rav4. We were told that the car would have certain repairs and that the car would be washed and ready before we picked it up again. We got to the dealership and the first thing I noticed when I saw the car was that it was washed in a very sloppy manner. The tires looked as if someone took a brush and ran over it a couple of times but was still very dirty. We took the car home and notice a decent sized scratch on the right side of the car and neither my dad or I had known of it before taking it in. We called in and asked about it but the man who helped us said he made a call and all they said to him was that they noticed it beforehand. My dad and I are really thorough with our cars because we check the oil and the overall car on a weekly basis and neither one of us can pinpoint where it came from. The phone call was short and the fact that they said they noticed it before, whether it be true or not, made us powerless to do anything. We don't have any proof if it was there before we only knew that it wasn't. They apologized about the poor wash but I don't know if we would want to take the car in again. more

Great Car, Great Price 3/25/2006

My husband recently purchased a car at mark miller toyota, the salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable, He gave us the car for below sticker price, they offer good gurantees and rebates, We received our plates within a week, We will definately go through them again.Toyota's are great cars!! more

Fair Deal at Mark Miller 8/9/2005

I bought a truck at Mark Miller and I feel that I was treated fairly by the salesperson. I began by test driving a Tundra and was happy with the truck. During negotiation time the salesman started off trying to talk about my monthly payment (can't blame him for trying). I told him that I would pay only a few hundred above invoice, and we eventually agreed on a fair price. Decent experience overall. more
