Everything was pleasant about Marco Gaytan until I saw the haircut he had given me. I had let my hair grow out for 8 months before going to Marco. I stressed to him that I wanted long layered hair and brought along 2 photos of haircuts that were long layered men's haircuts and similar in texture to mine. He proceeded to cut off 4"" of hair when 1"" was called for. His layering and eye for balance were atrocious. I ended up with a lopsided, totally wrong haircut for my face and my type of hair. They offered me a recut when I called them back to voice my complaints but with the quailty and total lack of taste of the original haircut I declined, at which point they have offered me a refund which they are mailing to me. Atrocious haircut!!!!!!!!!!!!
