I have used Felicione's since 1995, for 17 years!! During most of that time they provided good service and were customer oriented. Over the past couple of years something has been going on with them and they have turned into an awful service to use. They overcharge for things, when their employess come to do the service that your ordered from them they don't do what was promised but still charge you the same amount they quoted even though their employess did a shoddy job. Then when you call Feliciones to discuss your concerns with them, they won't listen, they YELL at you and then tell you that they don't want tyou as a customer anymore and hang up on you. Great customer service, well Feliciones if you don't want a 17 year customer anymore fine, I'll go to a service that treats customer right, not abuse them!!! more

We have been using Nick Felicione Inc. for many years and recently moved into a new home. They were very accomodating and arranged to have my regular technician come to my new home to inspect and treat. He was very helpful throughout this transition and was very knowledgable and reassuring regarding my concerns for pesticides around my new infant. I can always count on them to fulfill my needs as they change and will be bringing them where ever I go! I always recommend them. My family and friends are just as pleased. more

We just moved into a new home that had a major pest control problem and a green pool. Nick Felicione Inc. handled both issues for us quickly and reasonably. They were professional and honest to deal with. I am happy to report that we no longer have a bug problem and our pool is sparkling clean! more

If there were stars with a minus sign i would have chosen that. This company doesnt even deserve one star. I strongly suspect that the positive reviews were written by the owners. more

When we moved down here, 15 yrs ago, the builders recommended an exterminating company, explaining that down in FL it was necessary to have a monthly service. We called this company & to tell you the truth, I feel almost as if they are family. They come monthly & then some if there is a problem. Courteous, personable, reliable, THOROUGH!! You name the complimentary adjective and I'll agree. I always recommend them. I also use their new pool service. more

This company has not only been servicing my home, but also my development for almost 20 years. They are a wonderful family run company with fathers, mothers, children, cousins and now even grandchildren are involved. Having the family work hands-on with the customers is really what separates this company from the rest because they are more thorough and consciencious about they're work. This is a very helpful and warm family/ company to deal with, who takes their work very personal. In my experienc, they've been doing a great job for 20 years. more

The only good thing about this company is that they came on time usually. Everything else was horrible. They customer service is horrible and it's a nightmare if you have to call them. Pros: On Time Cons: Very unproffessional. I did not like this company overal. more
