I had to pay a fine to get out of the lease the day after signing a lease. The apartment was not ready. It had mold plus a leak on the wall. They do not care. Manager said ""good luck finding an apartment that doesn't have leaks"". No wonder the employees do not care because the manager doesn't care either. Do yourself a favor don't do it unless you want to end up $500 short and not apartment. more

I have had nothing but problems since I moved in! For instance.. on day one my apartment was not ready even though I had paid my deposit and arranged my moving day WELL in advance...after putting in my list of things that needed to be fixed I listened as maintanace commented in spanish about how big of a pain I am , not realizing that I do speak spanish! My moving day was the only day things got fixed in a timely manner.. Maintanance is EXTREMLY slow.. I have to make multiple calls every time for each service order. I have recieved eviction notices even though I pay my rent on time EVERY month and then recieved attitude when I called to complain. . I have HUGE cockroaches...I am afraid to be in my own house! I was told that they forgot to put me on the list for extermination even though I called twice to make sure I was on the list because I know the leasing office is prone to mistakes. I have been extremely calm and patient thus far as I do understand that mistakes happen, but they just keep happening even 9 months later! Cons: Bugs, rude staff, slow maintanance. more

Under Renovation! Huge Floorplans! New faux wood flooring, 2 inch blinds, brushed nickel fixtures, all new black appliances, new carpeting, stunning granite kitchen countertops, cultured marble bath sinks and countertops, oversized garden tubs. Nice quiet property close to everything. Pros: Excellent customer service, Quiet property and beautiful interiors! more
