COMPLETELY agree with the others here about the owner here, the lady is so unfriendly and outright rude. I no longer go there, and I'm one of the friendliest people. Their commercial with that long haired punk is pathetic too,....it absolutely makes me not want to go there.... Well stocked for a little hardware store, ..but prices are high. I'll stick to the ""mega box"" stores...where the customer service, you may have to wait for, but at least the majority of them are not rude. more

Everyone was very helpful, especially the female owner behind the counter. I was looking for a specific product, and they were very knowledgable in assuring that I had everything I needed to get the job done. They had most of what I needed, at a very reasonable price. I'll be back for sure! more

Rude Female owner, treats employees and customers like crap. I went there this morning looking for something i could use to get into my car with( I had locked my keys in it) The employees and male owner was very helpful in finding something. He then tells me to just try this used door stop and bring it back, I offered to pay and he said dont worry about it. I thanked him and was about to exit the store, as the Female shouted that i needed to pay for that. I explained what had just happened and Female owner still loudly accused me of stealing, I waited in line to pay for the item and female then procedeed to tell the kind man that i called him rude and took away the items and refused to let me buy them. And then when the man who gave me the items in the first place confirmed he said no charge, she said No you didn't. Very Rude, Female, Obviously doesnt value her customers!! I will never go there again, and will be spreading the word of her rudeness, concidering I work will a majority of taunton people! more

I went here for hard-to-find furniture hardware. I brought along my autistic son. He was playing with a flashlight and dropped it. more

Its ok. I found what i needed, but i think the prices are a bit high on some stuff. i can tell you, i didnt care for the customer service much . The woman behind counter, i believe she was owner, was not friendly at all. The commercial on TV??? omg, PLEASE GET RID OF THAT KID, ..with his sleeveless shirt on, that thinks hes some sort of body builder. Ridiculous how he looks on tv, that in itself would make me never want to go back. Pros: Lot of inventory for small place Cons: Dont find the prices all that great more
