Mann Westlake is a good theater. The actually theaters are clean and ao are the bathrooms. Most major release movies are shown there. The location is small in a good way where if you are thirsty, you don't have to run too far to buy a water. Some of the big theaters in the valley make a bathroom visit or water break a 15 minute production, where you miss a portion of the movie. Nice local theater.
