My car has a lot of problems and they were very helpful in helping me find out what was wrong and what it will take to fix it all in a very low pressure enviroment!

Worst

All reviews seem positive

I have owned cars for 34 years and dealt with at least that many repair shops. I can count on one hand the shops I would recommend to friends and familiy - MCC is one I recommend without hesitation. more

I really love the family-owned business "feel" to it. It makes it seem very personable and that my time will not be wasted with big-business stunts. It feels like a community partnership--I trust them to take care of my car, and they trust me to come back for more great service. more

The competency and friendliness. 9/24/2013

I was VERY concerned about blinking oil light and constant dinging. MCC was able to make determination of the problem right away and was aware this part had been replaced within the past year, checking for warrenty and it was covered. It was a good experience at the only place where I want my care serviced. more

Service congruent with the post card mailing 7/31/2013

A. received post card "ad" with coupon B. It promised professional and courteous service. I received both of these. C. They honored the $15 coupon a $43 dollar service. D. Hand written thank you note on dash. E. I was offered water and soda while I waited. I wish feedback allowed for gradation of response. I would have said 4.65. I specifically said I did not need to know what was wrong unless unsafe and I still received a printout with list of future needs. The car has 319,000 miles. The liist was not a deal breaker for future business and does not keep me from recommending service to others however it was redundant and I had specifically said I did not want to know. more

Genuine, Professional, Honest and Trustworthy 7/30/2013

This shop is by far, the best around. They are very thorough and accurate. The staff are very competent and take the time to explain the problem, and tell you what the options are. They most definitely will not sell you something that you don't need. They treat their customers like family. I won't go anywhere else to have my truck worked on. more
