I?ve been thinking of Lasik surgery for years but I never had the courage to do it. I did a lot of research on the surgery & different facilities in the city. I found their price reasonable, had my questions answered in detail in detail, and the reviews were almost uniformly positive. My doctor explained what was happening during each step of the procedure, which I found enormously comforting and reassuring. After 15 yrs using glasses I can finally say I don't have to get annoyed from my glasses getting foggy or wet whenever it rains. I can now go to the beach without wearing my glasses in the water (hahaha). I no longer have to go through a scavanger hunt whenever I lose my glasses. I went to MLC for my first ever consultation for Lasik. I had a great feeling about this place but I wanted to be sure so I went to other Lasik centers. After visiting other centers, I decided to go with MLC. The other places were ok, but I felt MLC was the best choice. I was right! I had my surgery two weeks ago and I am so happy with my results. I was freaking out about the surgery, but it was completely painless. I worried for nothing. It did not hurt and it wasn't too uncomfortable. The recovery was painless and quick. You have some blurriness for about a week or so, but it won't keep you from day to day activities. Overall, it was a great experience. Dr. Niksarli was very reassuring during the surgery. He is a great doctor and super nice. The staff is wonderful. I never had to wait very long. Overall, I'm very happy with my results. I had -8.00 myopia and I can see now without my glasses. No more waking up blind, scrambling for my glasses. So if you think your vision is bad and you're concerned about the effectiveness of the procedure....trust me, my vision was awful and I can see now. I would definitely recommend this place and it was very affordable. more

I had LASIK done in 2007 and clearly, the best thing I could have ever done for myself. Today I had an independent eye exam with my regular ophthalmologist and can still see 20/20, and was informed eyes are healthy and have healed beautifully. Since the age of six I?ve worn glasses and contact lenses. I was the guy who couldn?t see the ?Big E? on the chart. Finally, I heard about PRK about 10 years ago. I immediately investigated only to be disappointed and to know that my vision was well beyond the possibility of correction through PRK. Having a doctors like these around us, really makes a difference to the world. Some people do not realize how much these doctors deserve the respect and love that we often forget to give. Dr. Bauchsbam, Dr. Declemente and Dr. Niksarli were just awesome. more

OMG! I could never imagine how much contacts or glasses could be such a pain. I work for Ford as a model and having to do photo shoots without glasses or other contacts which does not have my prescription is not a fair deal. more
