Make It Ez Movers

Horrible customer service, irresponsible, slow, liars. I relocated to Houston 2 years ago and they have been the worse experience I have encountered here. Truly the worse!! They quote you one price and charge you a total different one. more

I used them for a move. They damaged the furniture. They promised to pay for the repairs. Then they wouldn't pay the bill until I complained with the BBB. Enough said? more

I can not believe what a RIP OFF company this is. The staff was so inviting when they set up my move. The people that were sent, sat around and stayed on their cell phones the entire time. I had to help them myself to speed them up. The workers were only trying to run down the clock, because they were being paid by the hour. I could not believe, when I left the movers alone, with one piece of furniture to take into my home, they waited until exactly 22 mins past the hour to charge me for an addtional hour. I have called the owner for days to get a refund of my 75 bucks! And she has never returned my call. If I had read the reviews I would have never used this company! This was the worse move I have ever had in ten years!!! more

Last time i moved they damage my furniture but they don't have insurance bad business , I will never call this company again. more

To make it a quick story- I called Make IT E-Z Movers for a quote. I was told $75 per hour with a two hour minimum. She woman from Make IT E-Z Movers asked me if I had stairs and I told her yes. She said there will be an extra 15% fee for that. I said no problem. I asked her will that be it as far as the pricing? She said yes. So, we scheduled the move. Fast forward to moving day, the guys arrive and do a good job. They write me a bill for $150.00 + 15% stair fee and I pay that amount. $172.50. They leave and then a few hours later, I get a call from the woman at Make It E-Z telling me that the billing was wrong and I actually owe $230.00. They need to add the $50.00 trip fee. I’m unhappy with Make IT EZ Movers because they added an extra $50.00 after the move was complete. I was not told anything about a trip fee at any time during my conversation with her or before the move when the guys arrived. This is Bad Business. Make It E-Z Movers are still insistant on charging me the $50.00 trip fee even though this was not given in my quote and is not on the receipt that I signed.
