We stopped in the chic bar/lounge area for Happy Hour there last week, and I was SO impressed! The HH menu is an assortment gourmet appetizers - the ribs were delicious ($2.95!),...

Went in for lunch at 12:00, ordered one of the bento combinations and 3 dumplings. The restaurant was less than half full, but the kitchen was in complete disarray, scrambling an...

mostly good - but not exactly sure what they are trying to be...? 11/4/2006

ok, ive been here 4 times now and im still not sure what they want to be... lounge, take out asian, patio bar, sports bar??? there is something really coool about the vibe and the service (especially in the bar) is fantastic. as far as the food goes, i definitelty see the pei wei comparison, but to be honest its not as good as pei wei. everything ive had with shrimp has been good - but sometimes a little bland (i highly suggest interviewing the sauce bar!) one thing i do NOT enjoy are the chicken lettuce wraps - they are HORRIFFIC! not so much bad, just not right! the chicken filler concoction is almost identical to the chicken salad at either murphys deli or chik-fil-a. its WAY too finely chopped such that you dont know where chicken stops and nuts begin. a nice addition to the neighborhood, if they can get the food kinks worked out it could be a standout! Pros: vibe, service, price Cons: food not quite ready for prime-time more

Great food, great drinks, fun decor 10/26/2006

I brought friends here on my birthday and we had a wonderful time. The food was awesome - one of my friends was so impressed she ordered it for her husband's birthday party that weekend. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere's fun, but what I loved best was the easy access between the restaurant, bar/lounge, and patio. It was pouring rain when we went, and we just kept moving back and forth between the rooms as the evening progressed. Pros: Great food, great atmosphere Cons: Hard to find the first time more

Good food and concept, but lose the Pei-Wei 'self-service' aspect 10/20/2006

The ambience is great. I love the feel when you walk in. The lounge area is very cool. Service is friendly and the food is very good. This place has so much going for it, but the counter-ordering concept cheapens the vibe. Pros: Great location and new restaurant, patio and lounge Cons: Counter ordering more
