Miss diagnosis, and they wouldn't fix the right thing 4/13/2015

Javier is great, usually, I've come to him many times for vehicle problems and he always gets it done in a timely manner. Except this time my engine had a knock at startup. He quoted me almost $1000 to fix so I had them do it. When I got my truck back the exact same thing was happening. At which point he told me that's normal. And we fixed the noise we heard. Which I never heard nor cared about. And now I have no more money to properly fix my truck. I am very upset this time. And Dont know if I will ever use them again. Especially because I initially paid for a diagnosis before I paid again for the work. A knocking engine is not "normal" this makes me question things. Also now my truck is still knocking and I'm out almost $1000 . not happy at all more

Excellent employees and service 3/19/2015

With the vehicles I have, the only reason I'd take them elsewhere would be in an emergency and not able to get there. I intend to use Magallanes as long as I can. The people are great, and I feel as though the old cars I drive are like new again. more

Fantastic Service 2/20/2015

Magallanes was awesome! They diagnosed my car's issues, then took care of the urgent problems that day, and charged me a reasonable amount. I did not feel jerked around like I have at other shops. These guys are great! more

the world needs more mechanics like you sir.i was told by other shops that it was this and that and way different quotes.the triple a tow truck driver told me about magallanes.i went there with my truck and javier said let me take a good look at your truck and saved me a whole lot of money by diagnosing the real repair needed.thankyou seidell towing for finding me the proper mechanic. more
