Madison vet hospital is a top notch veterinary office. I have been a client at Madison for 22 years. I can say without a doubt that I will never go anywhere else with my pets. AVOID this hospital at all costs. They 1/18/2012

AVOID this hospital at all costs. They disclosed personal information to third parties and sacrificed my families security (Information of personal finances). Staff is not trained properly and do not have a full understanding of company policy including contract clauses. This many render your family into a financially binding payment despite the vitality of your pet. The staff does not return phone calls which resulted missing work to clear up issues that could've been taken care of on the phone. This is a money motivated business and exploit the love of your pets to drain your wallets for profit. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GET MEDICAL CARE ELSEWHERE. more

Great vet care 1/29/2009

I love Madison Vet hospital because they take time to listen to you and they carefully explain everything to you regarding the condition of your animal. I had to take my small dog in because of what he ate and I do not beleive that he would have lived if it were not for Dr. Issacson knowing what to do and doing it quickly. We now take all of our animals there and we are very pleased with their service and compassion. I even called from out of town as my dog got very sick and they were so helpful in telling me what I needed to do. Pros: service, compassion and they are very nice to deal with more

Nice, Knowlegable and professional, the best place for your cat 12/1/2008

I've been taking my two cats (litter mates) to MVH for over 17 years now. The cats have enjoyed great health for the entire time. In fact, it was just over a year ago that I was still asking my cat-experienced friends ""when do they start aging? They still seem so young."" Pros: Thourough, professional care. Very, very nice people staffing the place. Cons: Friends tell me their rates are higher than other vets, but I've never shopped around. more

Best place but gotta be on your toes 2/12/2008

This is a great place to take your dos and cats. They are very nice, Friendly people. My only advice would be don't let them manipulate you. Every time I would go in there just to get my Dog one shot, I walked out spending 300.00. ""You NEED"" they say. Be on your toes. more

Too many mistakes. You might get a rose and if you do, it just means they messed up and are trying to save their own skin and bank accounts. This is not a good place to bring a pet. more

Good care, but don't ask for advice outside their expertise 7/25/2007

The medical care here is very good, but they tend to be set in their ways. Dr. Isaacson is a bit of a religious fanatic and is not open to new ideas. I asked for advice on training my dog and they would only give me one recommendation, a Russian guy who came into my house and spun my dog around in circles. I threw him out. When I told Madison about it, their response was that there must be something wrong with me, not the trainer, because ""Dr. I recommends him exclusively."" I'll continue to take my dog to Madison, but I'll never ask them for a recommendation on anything else. Pros: Good veterinary care Cons: Closed minded more

Highly Recommend 4/15/2007

I have been going to Madison for over twenty years, I would not even consider going anywhere else. My dogs have always gotten the best treatment available. The staff is caring and take good care of my dogs. Pros: Caring Staff more
