The long history of this family business and it being conveniently located within walking distance of where I was staying in Madeira Beach made me choose this garage. The politeness of the receptionist and the owner impressed me as did the phone call I received prior to work being done telling me what and why it had to be done and the kind open honesty of the owner all made a big impression on me. He did what he said he was going to do and now I feel safe and secure during my long drive back home to northern Michigan. That means a lot to me as I am not mechanically inclined and did not want any problems on my way home. I plan on returning to this area in 2015 and will definitely use him as my auto mechanic again.
