We shopped at the Biltmore Macy's many times over the 2008 Christmas holiday. We were very impressed with their sales and most of all with their friendly and helpful sales staff. I was so impressed! I kept thinking we were at Nordstroms, I had NO idea Macy's had the same caliber service. Pros: Great selection! Cons: Too close to my house (lol) more

They underschedule in the evenings so every cashier is busy. Nothing in the women's clothing is ever in it's place. They don't stock enough sizes in dresses and jeans. The bathrooms are gross!! I'd rather go to the Macy's at Fashion Square any day. more
