Maaco - Houston

I picked my Honda up yesterday, it looked like new! This was my 2nd awesome experience with this shop, I will never use another shop again! more

I took my 66 mustang to another shop and after a few months they barley did anything to my car. They other shop primed over a bunch of bad bodywork and I finally just picked it up. more

I saved up for months to have my car painted. I choose a specific color to have it changed to. I had to call to find out my car was done and when I saw it I was very upset. It was the wrong color. The manager Kevin gave me 2 options. Pay and take the car or shut up and leave until I decide I want that color I did not choose. He was very rude and he made a racist comment that made me cry. He was yelling at me and all I wanted was for my car to be painted the right color. I tried to reason with Kevin but he was more concerned with yelling and making racist comments. Do not take your car to this Maaco as your car will be painted the wrong color and you will be treated with the worst possible customer service. I'm so upset I do not know what to do. more

Someone hit me in my 2008 Lexus with Gieco insurance and they wanted me to go to their body shop, but I brought it to the Maaco on FM1960 & Perry Rd because my neighbor referred me to them, his car looked great when they finished. \r \r Anyways, they filed my claim, had a rental car pick me up, and found a ton of extra stuff that Geico didn't want to pay for. When I got my car back it looked like new and I got a lifetime warranty on the job. There were no problems like last time when I got work done at the dealershiip. I would recomend them to anyone. more

wrecked the front end of my truck and Maaco on FM1960 worked with my insurance to get more supplement money for my repair. They got me a rental car to pick me up and handled all of my insurance claim paperwork. Kevin (my sales guy) also worked with my deductible and arranged to get my entire truck painted. My truck looked like it had never been in an accident before and paint job looked really nice. \r \r The lady I hit in my truck also got her car repaired and painted there and she was happy too. more

I run the Maaco on 14650 Kuykendahl Road, and after reading a complaint from 68Cam, who states they came to our shop and we were relutant to show our work to them, that is a false statement. We are proud to show any customer who is looking for an estimate, our great work. As for us being a small shop, we are the largest shop in Houston. I feel this complaint was bogus. We also have the most affordable pricing around. more

Ive seen cars painted at Maaco in the past, and they were very clean and bump free. I figured because Maaco is a chain they were all the same. NO. When I picked up my car there were little bumps all over it. The car also had dimple looking things on the surfaces. I complained to the manager who was very rude and he said the car looked great despite my complaints and that I got what I paid for. I did not select the cheapest paint. I selected the top service but did not want to pay him an additional $500 to polish it. I am upset because I ended up paying more money at this Maaco in Willowbrook than my friend did at another Maaco whose car looks better and he selected a cheaper service. In the future and I would recommend this to everyone, go to the Maaco in Humble Texas they produce a by far better service. Pros: Great price, Perfect work Cons: Was far from my house. more

My daughter had a wreck while at school so we had to repair two cars. Maaco not only gave us the best price, but also offered a multi-car discount! The work was great, you can't even tell it was damaged before. The parents of the boy's car my daughter crashed are also very satisfied! I recommend them to anybody who needs ANYTHING done to their car. Pros: Customer Service/Shuttle home more

These guys are awesome. We came in with a MESS and they worked with us and did a GREAT job on the car. There is no way we would have been able to get the job done without their help. more
