Fantastic value! 7/2/2011

I had to repaint the whole side of my van and got a couple of estimates and Maaco offered to do the same job for half the price. Roland did more than what was agreed and the results are good. I will defenetely return and reccomend Maaco to my friends. more

Maaco Bellevue Does Good Work! A Tremendous Value 6/2/2011

You get what you pay for. I have been pleased for the work that I have gotten here. The prices have been very reasonable. If you cannot afford the ""full meal deal"" they will work with you. If you want to win the classic car show....they can do that too but do not expect Maaco rates. I have had good experiences with Roland, the owner, and Peter. They have always got the work done when they said they did. They never chared extra but did extra work without cost. If you are an anal perfectionist, this may not be the place for you. If you can pay half the price for B+ work....that's my kind of place. And they do seem to care about me as a customer. more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! 5/13/2011

Went in for paint job. Quote was DOUBLE what they provided me over the phone even after seeing a photo & then on top of that the OWNER, basically told me that ""I will NOT give you the same service on your $500 paint job that I would on a $5,000 paint job""!!!! What? Who says that? Apparently, the owner of this Maaco. The place is dirty and so are the people that work there - TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE YOU CAN & SAVE YOURSELF TIME & BRAIN CELLS! more

Save yourself a drive and never ever visit Maaco. The service is rude to point of yelling (Peter). Have you seen the front desk person yell at you don't waste my time when I asked him the details of the quote? Pros: They say price. I disagree Cons: Rude service, Poor quality more

Horrible Dishonest and Poor Work 9/10/2008

They promise amazing prices with their ads and mailer coupons to get you into the shop. Then upsell the more expensive ""packages"". I was stupid to have allowed them to work on my car. They promised to remove small scratches and minor dents as part of the ""Package"" When I picked up the car I asked about the dents and scratches and they said that would be another job and more money. They left tape on the car, their was paint in areas it should not be in. Two of the letters of the name of my car (Mitsubishi) fell off. They said I would have to pay for the replacement letters (!). I went to the junk yard and glued them on myself. It has been less than a year and the paint is already starting to come off. I do not know about other Maaco locations but I would never bring my car there again and I strongly warn others to not bring their car to this one.
