Not only did Mac Flooring help us decide the perfect carpet within our budget, NO heavy sell was included. Rick, the salesman, knew his carpeting. The gentlemen that laid the carpet, Arturo and Miguel knew their trade, also. They vacuumed every spec of loose carpeting before they put everything back exactly the way it was. These are great guys to have in your home. They were so helpful!!!! We are exceptionally pleased. This is the only dealer to to business with. more

The installation crew went above and beyond in the installation. They were friendly, very neat, and thorough. They even helped us reroute a television cable in the room so it would be hidden, for no extra charge. Everything about their service was a hit. I called them back a second time to do another room, and am getting ready to do a third part of the house soon. I would recommend their service. more

We had MAC Flooring replace the carpet throughout our house. The entire experience was top notch. Grant came out and measured everything for us. We then visited their showroom and settled on what carpet we wanted. Installers were on time, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely be using them for any future flooring needs. If I could give MAC flooring 6 stars I would. Great customer service, timely, responsive, beautiful show room, great employees, affordable and most importantly phenomenal work. We told grant that we were on a timeline and needed to be done in a rather fast manner. He committed to taking the job on the timeline and delivered quickly. We had a water leak in our house and had to battle the insurance for reimbursement. The company the insurance recommended was borderline incompetent. When we went to MAC flooring's show room and met the team we were immediately intrigued with what they could deliver. We simply needed to get it into our budget for a large project. With Grant's help we found what made the most sense for our home and were able to get the price where it needed to be. If you look at my pictures I've posted, Grant was the mastermind behind the stair runner design. Looks great. Couldn't have asked for a better company to work for. I would recommend them to anyone working on floors, baseboards, and door frames- with or without insurance reimbursements. They delivered on all fronts. There is a reason they have 5 stars! These folks are great. Before MAC flooring, I searched many different retailers including Lowe's, Home Depot, and Empire today. The reason I initially searched a big retailer was that I thought I could get a better deal. Boy was I wrong. The people at MAC flooring are a small company, but very proficient with probably the best pricing for quality you can find in this area. The carpet I went with is made locally in Irvine and was actually the most affordable nylon carpet of any of the companies I mentioned earlier. Not only that, but the carpet has already been tested several times with many spills including pet vomit, red wine, and other stains and it has stood the test. I am very pleased with my purchase and their service and cannot recommend them enough. more

I had stairs and upstairs re-carpeted and had some wood laminate installed in a walk-in closet and adjacent hallway. Both sets of installers were great. Fast and clean. I had almost no clean up to do when they left. Poor guy that installed the laminate had to cut down all of the new baseboards - I think he lost a few lbs running up and down the stairs. He did an amazing job in the closet. I had him leave the closet doors off it looks so good! Thank you Mac Flooring! more

Mac Flooring is a shining example of what a 5 star company should be. We hired them to replace or carpet on stairs and all throughout upstairs. I only wish we had hired them to install our hardwood tiles downstairs for that project but you live and learn. Don't go anywhere else for your flooring needs! more

We replaced our carpets on the stairs and upstairs area of our home. We wanted a patterned carpet on the stairs and a solid matching color upstairs. Grant and Kristin helped us make a good selection for both and arranged for the installation. more

This week MAC Flooting did my wood entry and powder room and it looks amazing! My salesperson, Rick, listened to what I wanted, was very quick in setting up an appointment to meet with me. He made great recommendations and the price was in my budget Tobin, the installer, did a fantastic job. He and his assistant were on time, kept me informed of what he would be doing, asked me to inspect his work, gave me care instructions and they even cleaned up all the sawdust and wood scraps and swept the area where they were cutting the planks. He was professional and also courteous. The job looks even better than I had anticipated. more

Linda and I sincerely appreciate your professionalism and experience that was evident from the first day we entered the store and started looking at carpet samples, to orchestrating the installation of the carpet and the follow-up.
