Been a customer for 15 years and like to keep money locally. Haven't made a deposit in a while and opened my statement to find they have been taking a $5 inactivity fee for 6months. I'm glad they don't need customer's cause I'm closing all 4 accounts and taking it across street. In the Back Mountain there are 9 banks that will not gouge my family and appreciate my business. Be sure to check your statements!!! more

I've been a LB customer since elementary school. My experiences have been and are beyond satisfying. From my little blue passbook to savings, checking, HELOC and in person interactions, I am a happy customer. How fortunate it is to have a "small", local bank in our area; one that treats you like a neighbor not a number. more

Bad Bank 11/1/2009

This bank is the worse bank I have ever dealt with. Their branches have no authority at all the power of this bank rests with the main branch where they don't know their customers and they are thieves that are legalized. Go somewhere and deal with a bank that lets their branches have some authority. more

Bad bank to deal with 11/1/2009

I have to say in this day of banking this is the worse bank to deal with. Their branch offices have no push with the main branch. And their manager's at the main branch are the most ignorant and greatest robbers of all time. Don't expect any help or nothing from them you are in it on your own. So it is better to deal with a bank or credit union that will work with you instead of trying to hurt you. I will never deal with them ever again, and my family is leaving also. Credit Union here we come. more
