I have to admit I had a serious phobia about ever stepping foot into the San Bruno Location ever again. Im not a clean-a-holic but it had been so run down that it was just tragic. I remember the first time(back in '99) I went there I did a quick about face and left due to flies in the meat area. I tried many times over the years to stop in but the situation always left me shopping somewhere else. Now in 2010 w/ a new face life and some much needed love, Lunardi's is a local market that any neighbor would be proud of. Bakery, soup bar, deli, you name it & they have it. Of course, w/ a new look, the prices have also stayed gourmet. Is it my everyday market, NO. If I need to drop in for a bottle of wine & a random last minute item, then I go there.
