Lulus

My daughter and I have been going to Lulu's for years. The owner has a way of buying and displaying a great mix of items. I have never been treated rudely (not to say that it could not have happened to someone else). If you haven't been there I suggest that you try a walk through and form your own opinion. I always look forward to browsing there when I go to Cannon Beach. Pros: great mix; always have sale items Cons: none more

I had been in Lulu's on a previous occasion was quite surprised to find such great labels and accessories in Cannon Beach. It was a welcome break from the campy beach sweatshirts and seashell kitch. However, the owner was quite unfriendly and would hardly make eye contact when I said hello. Undaunted by her unfriendliness, I decided to return to Lulus. Unfortunately, it was closed and no store hours were posted. I politely inquired after Lulu's hours at the shop across the way. The salesperson acted insulted that I should even speak to her and stated she had no idea what Lulu's hours were. Determined to peruse Lulu's darling offerings, I returned a few hours later. A note was posted on the door stating "Closed early - Don't hassle neighbors". Nice, eh? Lulu's does have some fabulous things, but my advice is not to "hassle" the owner with your business.
