Friendly Staff and Owners, Honest, Trustworthy, Reliable, and Fast Auto Repair - I have taken old Plymouth Breeze, Newer CRV, and Newer Truck over the last 13 yrs to Lucky's and have always been more than Happy with the repairs, the price, Customer Service and how fast the repairs were completed. I have and will continue to recommend Lucky's to all my friends, family and coworkers. The repairs done to my CRV today were completed within 3 hour of me dropping the CRV off, no hidden fee's, more than a fair rate and as always with great customer service. HORRIBLE 12/29/2009

My son took his car in to get looked at for a leak. No one mentioned there would be a cost. When he went to pick it up they wanted $40. My son said no one said there would be a charge. Some guy comes out and starts yelling at my son to the the ""F"" out. My son said a few words back to the guy and left. His aunt picked him up and the guy started yelling at her with profanity as well. I will never go there again and will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know the same. You do not treat people this way. It was very ignorant for him to behave this way in front of a child. My son is only 16 and has always been a respectful young man and did not deserve to be talked to in this way nor did his aunt. Vechicle Always Runs Better 7/25/2005

My wife and I have been taking our vechicles (cars and a van) for years. A church friend who was the used car manager at the time rrecommended Lucky's to us. We've been very happy with the service. We used another place once. It reminded me of how Pre-Lucky's repairs used to be. The Non-Lucky's repair ended up with more problems and bleeding money to get it right. Pros: Fixed First Time, Kept prices down, Answered questions Cons: Popular, can be busy, Appointments Required more
