This is the second time I called to order delivery - more than a month apart. The man that takes the calls is rude in the EXTREME. He doesn't say thank you, or please, or is friendly in any way. I can't express how much this doesn't make sense in this economy. It takes nothing to thank someone for calling, thank them for the order, and at least SOUND polite on the phone. I thought the first time he did this to me, was a fluke - that perhaps he was just having a bad day. This time - same treatment, and I think he needs to NOT be answering the phone. He didn't once say thank you, he was extremely kurt when taking my order by saying the following: He answered, ""Lucky Dragon"" I told him I'd like to place a delivery order. He said, ""Phone number?"", I gave him my phone number. Then he asked ""Going to?"" I gave him my address. He asked ""What would you like?"" I told him. He gave me the total, I said I was using a credit card. He said ""Card number?"", then ""Expiration date"" Then he said 30-45 minutes. I said thank you, and he hung up - RUDE! I will not order from this place again, but before that, I will make sure to personally visit and tell the manager (which might be him) how poorly I was treated. Businessness need to know they have employees that are poorly representing their establishments, and find people that will do a better job... LOTS of people need work. This guy acted like I was not only bothering him, but was making him miserable, and wasting his time.
